At BUMBUM, we strive to ensure you love what you receive. However, we understand that situations may arise where you need to cancel an order or request a refund. Please read our policy carefully.
1. Order Cancellations
   *You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, provided it has not already been processed or shipped.
   *To cancel, please contact us immediately at 📧 support@bumbum.in with your order number.
   *Once your order is processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
2. Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds under the following conditions:
   *You received a defective, damaged, or wrong product.
   *The item is unused, in original packaging, and returned to us within 7 days of delivery.
   *Sale items, personalized/customized products are not eligible for refunds unless defective.
3. Refund Process
   *To initiate a return, email us at 📧 support@bumbum.in with your order number, reason for return, and product photos (if damaged or incorrect).
   *Once approved, return instructions will be shared.
   *Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
   *Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the error was on our part.
4. Exchange Option
If you’d prefer an exchange instead of a refund, let us know while raising your return request. We’ll help you with size replacements or alternate designs, subject to availability.
